Jeff Beane
Co-PRESIDENT
After successfully selling his construction firm to Breen and Sullivan in 2009, Jeff ultimately worked his way into running the organization by 2021. From his humble beginnings as a field technician in 1983 through his role as the top leader at B&S, Jeff is known as one of the hardest working men in the industry. He is typically in the office every morning at four AM, and is one of the last to leave the building at the end of the day. He has extensive industry knowledge of both residential and commercial design and installation, and this has made Jeff the trusted advisor of clients throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and beyond. Furthermore, and perhaps more important to Jeff, those who work for him have appreciated how big his heart is and how driven he is to provide them opportunities. As a charismatic executive with a dedication for excellence, Jeff leads by example and sets a high standard for the entire company.
Rob Pellegrini
co-PRESIDENT
Rob proudly served over 10 years in the US Army’s engineer branch and credits this service with the military-style of leadership he brings to Breen & Sullivan Mechanical Services. After leaving the Army in 2008, he worked in renewable energy in Texas, building and managing an industrial-sized wind energy power plant. Rob pursued his MBA at Hardin-Simmons University while working in wind energy, and returned to the Northeast upon completion of his course work in 2010. Almost immediately after returning, Rob began working in the mechanical industry and been has been focused on energy efficiency and sustainability in the MEP space ever since. He is passionate about team building and investing in employees by providing vision, motivation and opportunity.
